Job portals and job boards
Your visitors come for the next job. Bastion helps them plan the one after it, and gives them a reason to come back.
You already reach people who want the next job, the next certification or the next pay rise. Bastion gives each of them a console of their own: a plan to the pay they want, the certifications worth paying for, and small steps every week.
Free to list, free to pilot. Your people's plans stay private to them.

If people come to you for jobs, skills or advice, Bastion gives them something to keep working on after they leave your page, your office or your class.

Associates who earn a certification move up your pay bands. Bastion shows them which one, what it costs and when.
People between jobs need a plan, not just a list of openings. Bastion works back from the pay they want to the steps that get them there.
Give clients a console to keep working between sessions: weekly steps, a skills gap and one-page raise cases.
Graduates leave with a plan for their first three years: the next certification, the next move and the pay range it opens up.
Slack and Discord groups, Facebook groups, locals and member associations: a useful tool to share, with nothing to install.
They enter what they earn now, the pay they want and the year. Bastion works backwards, year by year, and says plainly when a goal is a stretch.
What each certification in their role usually costs, how long it takes, and the typical pay range it opens up, with the source.
Their goal broken into steps for the next 12 weeks: what to book, study, build and ask for.
One-page raise cases and interview prep built from their own plan and finished work.
Pay figures are estimates from public sources, not promises. See an example plan.
Most partners start with a listing or a pilot. Sponsored seats are there when you want to give Bastion to your people outright.
US$99 per person a year for 10 to 49 people, US$79 from 50.
Whichever way you choose, you get your own member code and link, so you can see how many of your people joined. Counts only, never who.
Prefer email? Write to bastion@speedlooptech.app. Or try the Ambition Planner first, no account needed.
Every partner gets its own member code and a link to share. Anyone who arrives through your link, or types your code when they sign up, is counted for you. We can tell you how many joined and how many went on to pay for Bastion: counts only, never names or emails.
Neither of us shares it. Each person's profile, pay and plan are private to them, behind row-level security. A partner never sees anyone's plan or pay, and we never sell or share personal data.
A named contact, a rough idea of who your people are, and a way to share a sign-up link with up to 25 of them. We set up their 7 days of full access by hand and check in with you mid-week.
15 roles today, from welder, electrician and truck driver to software engineer, nurse and accountant, with prices and certifications for the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the Eurozone, the UAE and Singapore. Tell us which roles your people need next.
You choose how many people (at least 10), we send an invoice, and each person gets a year of Bastion once it's paid. You can add seats later at the same rate.
